Can't give any stars. Not unless you don't mind bedbugs. Almost began working here as a CNA. During the followup interview I picked up 2 paracites and brought them home with me. Fortunately, there were no more. I caught the two on me, took other precautions because I just didn't know. Thank God no problem ever materialized, but I had to recind my application. Would rather be unemployed than have those things take up in my living space. That sounds pretty bad, but just the way I feel.

Social worker didn't do her job. Lied on several occasions. Many dropped the ball with care. Left cold And wet when kidney tubes leaked student nurse tóok care of it rather than staff. P t couldn't transfer me and I slid to the floor injuring my knee. Other therapists were great good and bad staff. So appreciate the caring ones laundry lost a lot of clothing patients need to be own Advocate or have someone to do so
Nursing homes are a tough call. My mother wasn't too bad off, so everything for her was pretty good. One has to understand that most all of these places are understaffed and overworked, and there certainly were times that her bell wasn't answered quickly... but that goes for just about anywhere. What she certainly got was friendly compassionate care...and most surprisingly, good food. Yes, it's "cafeteria food" and a touch bland, but given that, it was excellent. I would not hesitate to use this Nursing home again in the future. They probably deserve a 4 star rating, but if put up against a lot of other Nursing Homes, I'm giving them the 5 star rating
One of the worst experiences my family has ever dealt with! Many of the staff were rude. ( There were a few that were very nice and helpful) my grandmother was left in dirty diapers for hours on end, no one brought fresh water! One nurse came in before 7pm to give my Grama her night meds and told her to go to sleep, if she hit the call button it took at least a half hour for someone to come! They acted like she was a burden instead of a human! She was down as a 2 assist and only had one person get her out of the shower to her room and proceeded to drop her on the floor! We have called and asked for this report and have heard nothing back. Going to be getting ahold of a lawyer! I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone!!!
There are some great staff members, but when someone has their call button on for over an hour regularly and ate accused of being addicted to pain meds because they use Bengay there is an issue. This place is a JOKE and the staff acts rude, and like you're bothering them... because they have to do their job. Numerous missed med times, and snarky attitudes galore. What a shame to know there are people that cant help themselves or are in worse condition. This place needs to be shut down or revamped.
