Although my mom had challenging circumstances which resulted in her being at the Chatham Hills rehab center she was well care for during her several month stay. The facility is always very clean and nicely decorated both inside and out for the seasons/and holidays. The staff very helpful and responsive. When I initially spoke to Alexander in admissions he was very knowledgable and was able to give me a clear picture of the facility and how it runs and works. The reception staff quickly got the know me when I entered to visit, it was comforting seeing the same familiar face. The nursing staff, run by Janelle, made sure to meet her variety of her needs with patience and grace. Cynthia the social worker always got back to me in a timely manner with my emails/concerns.Victor was able to help with her changing level of activity in the Physical Therapy room and communicated with me to keep me aware of her progress. There is a notary on staff which was helpful when we had to have documents signed at the facility. Mom got her hair done a few times, which looked very cute. On my mom's birthday she received several balloons from the facility which were attached to her wheelchair for the day, that was a nice personal touch! As a large extended family or 16 we used the private room to celebrate her birthday, we were able to bring in decorations, balloons and cake. When I went to visit most days my mom was in the common room, most patients were participating with in daily activities. There is an outdoor patio that is open in the spring. My mom enjoyed being outside, getting fresh air, and noticing the local birds. Speaking of birds, each room has a bird feeder outside of the window.

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is an exceptional facility! The administration team is attentive and ensures that everything runs smoothly, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. The nursing home staff is excellent, the nurses themselves are consistently providing top-notch care while keeping residents engaged and motivated in their daily routines. During my visit to the dining room, I was impressed by the kindness and respect shown by the staff as they interacted with the residents. It’s clear that the team here genuinely cares about the well-being and comfort of those in their care. Overall, Chatham Hills is a great facility that prioritizes quality care and compassion. Highly recommended!
My grandmother was admitted to Chatham and the nursing care was excellent. The director of nursing Janelle was knowledgeable and caring and sets high standards which I must say works. My grandmother was pleased with her care. Thearpy was great. Leslie was awesome. The food was not bad and served warm. If 20 stars could be given they would sure get it from my family. Thanks Chatham
Chatham Hills is a very high quality facility. The staff is very considerate and attentive. There was one person who was inconsiderate and unprofessional , she is one of the assistant nursing manager...her name begins with the letter "J " I still give Chatham Hills 5 stars since this one person really is not a very important staff member. The administrator of the facility , James was extremely professional and he sets a great example that the entire staff ( except for one person ) follows ! I Would choose Chatham Hills over any other facility in the area !
Chatham Hills is a world class facility providing an array services but they also make sure your needs are taking care of. My family and I were not just another patient, we felt as if we were the only patient, all our needs and wants were taken care of by Janelle and her staff. I recommend Chatham Hills services as they are top notch and they care.
