I toured this retirement community and I must say my experience was outstanding on all levels🤗 Ollie greeted us with open arms giving us the best customer service. She was very patient, answering all of our questions. The tour was excellent. The amount of time given to look at all the different activities offered was amazing. The shared room in Memory Care was awesome. The private room was excellent☺️ I would highly recommend this Chateau if you are looking for staff that really cares, and provides care with Empathy and Honesty.

My sister and I could not be more pleased with the care our parents have received while living at the Chateau at Valley Center. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile. The staff is amazing and truly care for the residents. The facilities are beautiful and always seasonally decorated. The food is truly delicious and the dining room staff spectacular. Our Dad needed assisted living services and the care takers treated him like their own family. The Chateau is conveniently located 5 minutes away from MD offices and the hospital. There is so much more we could say. We whole heartedly recommend the Chateau at Valley Center.
I have a few clients that I work with who reside at the Chateau and can not say enough on how much they love it there. The staff there is so friendly and all willing to help in anyway they can for their residents. Jodie in marketing is amazing and Annie the Wellness Director is so great at what she does.
We moved our 91 year old Mom to Château at Valley Center for respite care when she broke her arm. They provided the most amazing care, when we could not. The staff there is not only excellent at elderly care, they are so friendly and warm and welcoming … every single one of them. The comfort they brought, not only to Mom, but also to her family, knowing she was in good hands, was priceless. Mom was very happy there. I cannot heap enough praise on Château at Valley Center.
After my mother decided it was time to sell the house and move into a senior community we visited several locations in Bellevue, Kirkland and Renton. There were many facilities that would have provided a comfortable environment for her. Each location offered most (if not all) the amenities that she desired, such as good food, nice apartments, fitness centers, libraries and more. But, within the first 5 minutes of our time touring Chateau at Valley Center, we knew she had found a new home. The residents at Chateau seemed much happier and more engaged than seniors we spoke to on our other tours. We were greeted by friendly retirees before the tour even began and that welcoming atmosphere continued throughout our time visiting. My mother has been living in her beautiful new apartment for 2 months now and she couldn't be happier. She loves the staff and has made new friends that she joins on day trips and other daily activities. This is the happiest and healthiest I have seen my her in years and we owe it all to the service and attention provided by the caring people at Chateau at Valley Center.
