My husband and I had the privilege of living here for 3 years and we loved it! The staff and residents are all so caring. The place is beautiful and very well maintained. Our one bedroom apartment was all that my husband and I needed and we were very comfortable in it. We would still be there if an unfortunate health problem had not arisen. We are blessed to have a wonderful home now in Prosper but we just want to say how much we enjoyed our home at The Chateau at Wildbriar Lake.

Mindy is phenomenal! This is a wonderful property with amenities and fun things to do! I would recommend to everyone that wants to be under amazing management and be part of a loving community. They really care about their residents!
In reviewing the Chateau I want to make it clear up front that my 92 years young Mom is a resident there. My rating is however based on what I would expect from this type of business. Make no mistake the Chateau is a business. First the people that run this place really do try their best for the residents. They do have rules in place for the safety of all. The grounds are well kept and the amenities from the fishing / turtle feeding pier, to the pool, to the game room and music room are first class. There are events for the residents nearly every week and right now there is a non-denominational Sunday service held in the "Big Room." The residents can add some personal touches as well to the hallways and exterior patio's. This is a fine place for active seniors or even those a bit more senior, that still want to live their life their way!! As of this review July 3, 2018, the construction going on around the Chateau is very disturbing. At this point the impact is dust and dirt everywhere. Still that isn't the fault of the Chateau. I guess that is just progress for this part of Irving, TX.
Plymouth Park Baptist has a number of residents at this wonderful spot and my daughter and I had a great time visiting with em!
We have had changes in management and are now left with a skeleton crew. Mindy is dynamic; she takes care of everything and works constantly: above and beyond! She is a real professional and is very caring with the senior residents.
