Front Office Staff always sounds like they are in a terrible mood! Some of the food you can’t even recognize, and instead of doing therapy with your loved one they will recommend you stop therapy and put them on hospice so they can get the next paying patient in the door! The only positive thing about this place is the nurses on the Fulton Unit are absolutely amazing as well as the CNAs.
