The staff at Charter of Williamsburg are amazing! From their lovely sales and marketing staff, to the friendly concierge, caring CNA’s, memory care staff, executive director and thorough Nursing directors! The building is clean and they have lots of activities to keep their residents busy!
Sad place to take your loved one ,they don't check on them like they should .They leave food in the rooms for days not eaten, also cleanliness is below standards. Make sure you look beyond the face on the place. Walk around and ask the residents and If you bring your loved ones here make sure you come check on them, and there safety.
My mom is living here at this facility. The management has been very nice and helpful in her move and adjustment to a new place to live. The staff is over the top with assistance and just being kind to the elderly. There have been no complaints by my mom with the food and all the activities. This is a nice , clean place to call home.
Some of the people are nice but it doesn't make up for the lack of care. Unless you can afford someone to look after you loved one you can be sure they won't get a shower or the proper care you are paying for. Just ask other residents families.
