My siblings and I just moved our mother into Crimson Pointe. We looked at many assisted living communities in the Rockford area but decided on Crimson Pointe and are very pleased with the results. While moving to an assisted living facility for my mother was not easy, the management and staff were very accommodating and made the transition less stressful. Because of the wonderful and caring management, caregivers and maintenance staff our mother has adjusted well to her new environment and is calling it home. We are so relieved to have our mother in a clean, safe and loving environment. Thank you Crimson Pointe!

Crimson Pointe Assisted Living is a fantastic place! No matter the level of needs, their staff is able to support the most critical to the least needy. Staff is friendly, resident focused, and endeavors to put the needs of their residents first. I would highly recommend this facility! My mother lived there for over 2 and a half years, and we never had any major concerns. There are day to day minor issues that arise in communal living, but staff is willing to tackle those as well to make the situation more comfortable. I cannot say enough good about this facility and their staff!!
Crimson Pointe has been a perfect place for our mom. All the staff are so good to her - and her family. They have worked with us to set up the best care level for her. They are responsive, flexible, kind and understanding. It has truly become a home for her. We are grateful to all who help make her comfortable there - and to the staff who enable us to feel she is being well taken care of.
my Aunt lived here when it was Crimson Ridge. She loved it, we loved it! I put my mother in Cedarhurst, mistakenly thinking it had stayed the same. BOY WAS I WRONG. The food is the quality of a cheap diner. Never get fresh vegetables! Balanced meals! Most meals are casserole like. If they ever do get a piece of meat it is so tough they can hardly chew it. They have a daily menu, but a couple of times a week they change it..." they ran out of what was going to be served" This definitely what she sign up for.
Our Mother has been a resident of Crimson Pointe for the past nine months. We are so pleased with the care she receives. Mother is very content and has settled in well. The staff is wonderful, they encourage our Mom to join in activities as she is able.They will take the time to just sit and talk with Mother. Mother has some health challenges, the staff is very proactive and takes care to help her as necessary. I would highly recommend Crimson Point to families looking for a safe and loving home for their loved ones.
