Total disappointment, what should’ve been a good experience has turned out to be a very negative one, my mother-in-law couldn’t wait to get out of the place which we moved her yesterday. From the moment you walk through the front door to the worn out carpet down to patching spots all over the main entry walls to dirty carpets walking down the hallways, just very disappointing. Facility is in serious need of maintenance and upkeep. Constant issues from as simple as running out of beverages such as coffee to totally forgetting to bring her dinner when she’s sitting in the dining room. When I inquired why the residents aren’t coming out of their room yesterday, I was told we haven’t had an activities Director for the past six weeks, however, they have hired a new one so maybe that’ll help a little bit. The facility advertises such things as free, valet parking round the clock, snacks, neither of which exist!

It’s a very nice facility, it appears to be very comfortable for the occupants, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The check-in procedure is also very easy to use and great for subsequent visits.
Always a joy to visit our friend at your facility. She is so well taken care of and seems truly happy there. The staff is awesome. I haven't met anyone there who isn't happy & joyful. Everyone is great with the residents. Very caring! Also the facility is immaculately clear and cheerfully docorated.
Easy sign-in & out. Visited in the evening hours (6:30-8:30). The place was so quiet. Nobody will have a hard time going to sleep here. Very nice gathering areas & plenty of room to walk around. Very happy here. But the best for visitors is it is located right by Lucky’s restaurant, which is awesome to gather when family comes in.
Faculty was very clean, staff was in the dining room area having some sort of “round table” discussion / meeting with residents. I asked the Deaf resident if he knew what they were doing and he said no. He said I can’t participate in that meeting / discussion because there is no interpreter. He didn’t express interest but Im sure if there was an interpreter at this type of event (not bingo or hands on activities) -but where it was just “discussions, etc” he would probably participate if there was an interpreter. Otherwise, the facility was clean and residents appeared well cared for.
