I can’t say enough good things about the staff and program at Charter Senior Living memory care. We moved my sister into memory care about a month go. The transition process went well. The program director and staff spent the time to make sure my sister felt comfortable and safe in her room and that she was involved in group activities the next day. Everyone at Charter has been very responsive to our questions and requests. My sister continues to be actively involved in the community and we are significantly less stressed knowing she is in a safe and caring place.

When I was looking around for long term care for my dad, this place stands out. The whole place inside and out is like a fancy hotel, much like a home rather than a medical facility. The process of getting my Dad there was surprisingly quick and easy. The service I received was so straightforward and very supportive, understanding at this stressful time. My Dad instantly took in, he loves it! He said it’s like summer camp! I am happy that I got my Dad there. My mom and siblings all agreed the same. The people there are all pleasant, it’s a wonderful community feel.
Beautiful, warm and welcoming! Charter of Danvers is everything you would want an Assisted Living and Memory Care community to be. The staff is incredible and consistently goes above and beyond to serve the residents and enhance their lives each and every day.
My mom needed additional care and we luckily found Charter SLD. The process of moving my mom was easy and staff and residents were genuine and caring.
We are extremely pleased with the Linden. My Mom moved from a larger independent community to the Linden a year ago. It was a perfect fit. It offers her the social connections and support she really needs. The staff are amazing. The food is great. They offer all the services you might need while still offering independence. My Mom is always busy with some activity and always comfortable. We know she is safe there. There are plenty of similar residents she connects with as well. After visiting 4 places, I am very glad we decided on this one. During COVID-19 they have met all the challenges and kept everyone safe. They are fantastic and we are so grateful.
