Charter is an amazing place with amazing people. It is a bright place with sweet residents and great staff. I think it’s one of the most greatest places I have ever got to experience with all the kindness and happiness that is spreaded through the community.
Amy, Tina, and Crystal have made the process of moving my dad so stress free. Moving a parent in their late 70s is difficult. It has been a pleasure coordinating his move. I'm excited to get him settled in, and for a fresh start at Charter.
A very nice well kept facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My sister seems to enjoy the place a lot. She has made new friends but also enjoys the fact she has her own space with privacy when she needs it.
I came to visit Charter in search of a facility for respite care. They were so kind and genuine. They even came to the house to meet mom. The rooms are so nice and safe as well. I was really impressed all the way around.
