I lived at the Charlottenhof for 2 years and was very positively surprised. It is by far the best facility there is for people with mental health problems. The supervisors take time when a resident wants to talk about their problems. They support the resident in everyday life, such as processing paper stuff that the resident doesn't know what to do next. They also accompany the resident to the doctor or office if the resident wishes. They also help with buying clothes. There are also regular excursions that are offered to the residents and are gratefully accepted by the residents. There are also offers such as cooking with the carer. Occupational therapy is also offered, where residents can fulfill themselves. Humanity is very important in this facility and is unique. That's why I give this facility a grade of 1 because there is no better facility. I can only recommend this facility to anyone who has problems.

I was very sad when I had to leave my old apartment and couldn't imagine ever having a better apartment than my old one. But then I came to the charlottenhof and my move in was very nice. Everyone was very friendly to me, both residents and care staff immediately gave me a hand and helped me bring my things up and put them away with me. If you were feeling bad, they were there for you straight away, talked to me and together we looked for solutions. Occupational therapy also helped me a lot to get out of my depths and move on. The staff are considerate and understanding; they help me to come to terms with my illness in everyday life and how I can deal with it. I also think that charlottenhof has the best employees who are always there for you and who talk to me when they see that I'm feeling bad. Of course, they also have one-on-one conversations if someone needs it. Cooking with the staff is a lot of fun and I've learned a lot from the cooking group. I also think that we have the best home management ever here, who care about their colleagues as well as the residents. You can tell that everyone here does their work with joy and heart. Ultimately I want to say that I am very happy here and enjoy living in the Charlottenhof. The charlottenhof showed me that people don't just see me as mentally ill but also as the person I am!!! Thanks to the staff for that. And what I also get here as a resident representative is that the home management does a very good job and you can go to them if you have something on your mind and they take time for you. We also do great things here, e.g. we often went to the seriengehtipark or just went on vacation, or went swimming or just a day trip, etc. And what I also want to say is that I definitely can't imagine a better shared apartment than the Charlottenhof.
The worst facility I know of. The employees are lazy, fake and have no idea about their job. There is hardly any help at all. You are left behind and perhaps someone knocks on your door once a day and briefly asks you how you are doing. 80% of the people who are neglected there will stay there forever. Because of reintegration assistance, I'm not laughing. Nothing is being done to ensure that the people there find their way back to real life. The main thing is to push people into 'occupational therapy'. Nobody cares about anything else. The staff gossips about colleagues in front of residents. The staff constantly smokes, drinks coffee and constantly takes breaks. But they hardly have any time for the residents. So if you don't want to do anything more with your life, you're in good hands there.
Where are the people for concealed living, but please for longer than 2 weeks. 3 stars were only given because of the really great BP, even if that's easy to count. Unfortunately, the best BP has left the facility, but there are still people there who are also interested in the BWs. You don't necessarily have to appeal to the biggest and most self-confident EGO. Unfortunately, something like that also exists at BP - it's time for the WBL to come back. For the BWs who went there to get help. Even though I know that this post will be lied to, I don't care about my opinion and experience. Everyone who works there should remember that without BWs there would be no work for them there!
