My aunt has been a resident at Chapters Living in San Antonio for over 7 years. I can't say enough about how good the staff and medical personnel are. When her level of care increased, I worried that she may be neglected or forgotten about but staff have continued to go over and above in caring for her and tending to her needs. Although she eats very little, they always try different ways to get her the nutrition she needs and are wonderful about providing snacks she enjoys. They coordinate lots of great activities too, which residents seem to like. I am also impressed with how clean and well run the facility is. If any issues or concerns arise, Tracy Gutierrez, who is in charge, ensures that matters are promptly handled and that I am kept abreast of resolutions. Being out of state, I have peace of mind that she is very well taken care of which means the world to me. I have relatives in other memory care places and know there is a stark difference between the level of care residents receive, no matter how expensive they are. I am so thankful for Tracy and her team, and for what they have done to ensure my aunt is loved and well cared for, especially considering the demands that are placed on them daily. In my opinion, Chapters is the gold standard for what care should be for these residents. I hope management recognizes what a fantastic job they are doing.

The Chapters’ Facility at Westover Hills management and entire staff continually provide wonderful care for my mom. Chapters’ is very friendly and they make sure your loved ones are treated with dignity and respect. The care they provide lessens the families worries and anxiety. Thank you for all you do!
Chapters was home to my grandmother for four years before her passing this month. From management to the care staff, everyone gave her unending love. The activities Director does an amazing job of engaging all residents daily. This is a great community and I’d recommend to anyone looking for a home-like, happy environment for their loved one.
Chapters is a wonderful caring place, if you are seeking such a place for a loved family member. The staff is amazingly loving and empathetic. The grounds are nicely landscaped and indoor sitting areas are comfortable and welcoming. Feels like home and emanates a positive environment .
This facility took such great care of my grandma! They truly treat the residents like family and care for each person individually. My family was very hesitant to move my grandma in after her decline but they made us very comfortable with our choice to do so. Very accommodating, clean, caring facility. I would recommend to anyone looking for their loved ones.
