We looked at three different AL communities before deciding upon Chapel Hill as the next home for our mother. We had many visits and phone conversations with Amy and other team members, including Eric, the Executive Director. Through every step of this 3-4 month process, everyone was warm and welcoming. They made us feel like family, getting to know us on a personal level and reaching out proactively with any information that they felt would help us in making this process easier for us. Amy has been fabulous as our primary contact. Our mom keeps telling us that it feels like she is on a cruise ship, with good food, good people and a wide variety of community activities to take part in. Many large rooms are available for residents and their families alike. The game / craft rooms are fun, but our favorite is the private family dining room, which we can use anytime to celebrate family milestones. It’s been just a short time since mom moved in, but it already feels like home to her and our extended family. Thank you.

Great care !! My stepmother is a "difficult person". But during her stay at Chapel Hill for some recovery after a stroke, the staff and managers could not have been better. They were kind to her. Attentive to my requests and inquiries and all around responsive and professional no matter what the circumstances. My own mother was a nursing supervisor at a nursing home so I was raised to think that outstanding care was the minimum acceptable standard, chapel hill provided that experience to my family and my loved one.
We were impressed by the courtesy, professionalism and helpfulness provided to us by Bethany. We enjoyed a tour of the entire facility and a detailed explanation of all aspects of Chapel Hill. Bethany spent sufficient time to answer all questions we had regarding the operation of Chapel Hill and provided more than enough information to enable us to effectively plan our future actions with regards to what we need to accomplish with respect to our future plans. Thanks again to Bethany and other members of your staff that provided for us an informed and enjoyable introductory experience. 😊
I recently had the pleasure of meeting Amy, the Marketing Coordinator at Chapel Hill Senior Living, during a professional event. Amy's responsiveness and personable nature truly stood out. She was vibrant and incredibly informative about the Chapel Hill community when at the event and was so pleasant she made the event both enjoyable and enlightening. Amy's professionalism and dedication to her role are evident, and I am confident that Chapel Hill Senior Living is a wonderful community for seniors. Highly recommended!
My father has lived there for almost 4 months. Mom passed last month, so he's been through some tough times emotionally. He's also become confused some times. The management and staff at Chapel Hill have been wonderful for him and our family. They have gone above and beyond in numerous ways making this challenging time for our family a little easier. The place itself is nice and clean and they have many activities as well as good and healthy meals. We are very happy we chose Chapel Hill for Dad.
