Nice looking facility. As I toured, I saw that the staff and patients were happy/smiling. Receptionist greeted me as well as the Rehab team. They offer therapy and nursing care for post acute patients. The administrative and marketing team's amazing, they had all the answers to my questions and concerns. If you're looking for a complete care SNF, this is the place to go.

Neglect of Basic Care My loved one was often left sitting in soiled clothing for extended periods of time. Requests for assistance were ignored or delayed, sometimes for over an hour. Poor Hygiene and Cleanliness The rooms were not properly cleaned, with trash left unemptied and bathrooms that smelled strongly of urine I also noticed dirty linens and food trays left untouched for long periods. Unprofessional Staff Behavior: Some staff members were rude, dismissive, and seemed irritated when approached with questions. I even overheard staff speaking disrespectfully to residents, which is absolutely unacceptable This facility is failing to meet even the most basic standards of care. I would strongly caution anyone considering this nursing home to look elsewhere. Residents deserve dignity, safety, and compassion—none of which I consistently saw here
I had a deeply concerning experience at Cerritos Vista Healthcare Center. The wait times for nursing assistance were unacceptably long, often spanning several hours. Such delays can be critical and even life-threatening, as immediate care is sometimes crucial. Considering the amount of money that patients and families invest, the level of service should be top-notch. The lack of timely response is alarming and needs serious attention. This issue will be brought to the attention of the California Department of Health as well. I hope this review prompts the management to address these issues urgently to ensure the safety and well-being of all patients.
Patient care is lacking, took night shift 2 hours for a diaper change. To finish all they had to do was pull me up in the bed and cover me up.
Cerritos Vista took excellent care of my mom. The staff and nurses are very nice, compassionate, and very attentive to my moms needs. She had 2 hip replacement surgery and went to Cerritos Vista for her short term rehab. They have a very large Rehabilitation room. The rehab staff was very knowledgeable and always had a positive attitude. My mom is now back to her home. I highly recommend having Cerritos Vista take care of your loved ones.
