I cannot say enough good about Cerenity. My dad was in the rehab unit when he was mending and now my step mom is a residence and needs minimal care. As of this date 8/24 Holly the rec person has been there for 31 years. She keeps the residence happy fulfilled with all sorts of activities. She took the time to sit down and talk too. My step mom put off this move for a long time and while it was completely her choice, she stated "I can't believe I put it off I wished I'd moved here sooner." Bonus is that she really likes the food too. IMO all the staff has been wonderful and lastly I met a resident who used to be a staff right at this facility. That says a lot. If you're able to have a resident at this facility consider yourself lucky.
While my wife was in their care, in rehab, everything was good. I have sense needed their help, by sending information to my wife's long term care health insurance. This has been a long and unrewarding experience. There are lots of excuses with no verification of results. The long term care insurance company, Transamerica, is no better. There seems to be no short term gain for Cerenity care to comply with our needs. There is however long term accreditation that is at stake if compliance continues to be ignored.
I've had three grandmas stay there and can honestly say based off the experience, this is a very nice, caring community I'd like to be a part of when my time comes. Great staff and great people.
I love this place it's perfect and I hope to be here when I get older
