Fantastic caring staff and home like atmosphere. Makes living there more like an apartment with friends than a sterile, hospital. I never mind going to see my mother there because it doesn't feel like a chore and depressing - It's nice. Surrounded by wonderful hills, trees and fields in Ozark Missouri. This would be a wonderful place to take one of your elderly loved ones. The grounds are constantly being updated and made interesting with lots of gardens and flower paths.
They don’t care about you as a human being I was let go while still under a doctors care I was hospitalized over a serious illness. They also thrive on drama and back stabbing as well as picking favorites with their staff no one is treated equally they have a huge turn over rate and can’t keep staff. They only follow protocol when it suits them
They take care of my father in law, wonderfully,,, the place is always clean, smells good, the food is outstanding, and the care is amazing
Bedbugs, mold in rooms, uneven flooring and bugs all over kitchen. This place is disgusting and not safe.
