We purchased our land in Pruniers through the CENTURY 21 agency in Bouchemaine. I would like to point out that for the 10,560 euros in agency fees, our direct contact and agency director Mr. SABOT traveled on foot in front of his agency to give us a 10-minute tour of this land (and to our great surprise without documents, without file, without relevant information relating to this plot..). This was the one and only moment granted by Mr. SABOT, because since our email proposing to purchase at the price sent on the same day of the visit, he has no longer deigned to respond to us either by email or by telephone. And similarly, on the day of signing the authentic deed of sale he was not present. Mr. SABOT should be reminded that the main role of the real estate advisor is to support his client, answer his questions and follow up on emails sent to him.
