I have a consumer health blog out of Geneseo, New York, and every day I hear from people all of the state complain about their family member who's living in a nursing home. These homes are usually part of this company where staff promises are never kept, the food is stale and the smell is like from animals living in a zoo. Family members cry when they complain to me saying what they market they don't preach, sorry to say. Please be careful when selecting a nursing home and read the star ratings first, that will help guide you.

Thought they were okay, until they wasn’t! My client was pleasant.
They Are Under Staffed And Have Rude Safe Treatment And Feed Residents Garbage. Social Workers With No Knowledge Or Degree once your in there Facility you will feel Trapped They Hire Cheap Un Professional Nurses And CNA Staff no training whatsoever. there.main goal is your money nothing else matters your Money Used To Maintain Their Airline Israeli business. The Food not editable cold stall and spoiled. No one around most of the evenings empty hallways
Zero stars should be for this facility for the business office, that purposely withhold payments to providers who rendered life saving cancer treatment to numerous nursing home patients they are affiliated with. Over a year to obtain payment when there is a valid contract in place.
Not happy with the operation of the facility at 170 Buffalo Avenue in Brooklyn. Impossible to reach a human being for any follow-up. Maybe they need to employ more staff to answer the phones and insure that someone returns a call. Very disappointing and would not recommend despite the hype that they are like a 5 star hotel. Give me a break.
