I recently left my previous job of 17 years to join the Priority Life team. It was one of the best moves I made yet! I absolutely love my residents and am so excited to help the residents in our new Along the Journey Neighborhood! The staff and management have been amazing to work with, and the trainers have been great making the transition to this facility easy and seamless. I'm so happy to be a part of Celebration Villa :)

Great new sales director Tessa, give her a call she is so passionate and committed to the Misson of PLC! She is looking forward to working with your families!
Let me tell you something about celebration villa, DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. RUN! They are under staffed and management is a joke. They DO NOT train employees on the floor. Management FORCES employees to come in with a doctors note because of technicalities. Their pharmacy screws up all the time. This is a slow sinking titanic. So as I said, RUN!
I have been working here for over a year and a half. New management and staff are really kicking it up a notch. As a team we are continually looking for ways to improve and are working to be the best assisted facility in our region.
This place is horrible. They do not have enough staff and communication with family is horrible. I was present numerous times and also her granddaughter at times when she was handed someone else's medications. Thankfully my mother knew her medications and did not take them. Bringing medications into room and just setting them down at 4pm which were night time pills which as a registered nurse I know is illegal and witnessed this many times. While my mother was living I did call area agency on aging many times but nothing is ever done. Prior to my mother's passing which was unexpected I was in the process of finding a place to move who because I was not happy with her care. My mother was here and I was not notified of her decline in health until it was too late. When they finally notified me she was taken to the hospital and died in less than 20 hours from infection. This could have been prevented if they would have done their jobs properly. As an RN that has worked in assisted living facilities, we always notified family members of any changes. This has been heartbreaking to our whole family.
