Elevate Senior Housing, Clean, Warm and oh so inviting. The Staff at Elevate, makes it feel like Home. I have been there several times and each time the Staff are always the same. It's Living quarters are always clean, even the hall ways are oh so immaculate. The food is fantastic, I had lunch the other day, and ate every morsel. I give Elevate the highest rate there is to bestowed upon Assisted Living in the South Suburban area. Keep Up the good work Elevate.

I considered this place suitable for the needs of person's over the age of 55. The offered and sold many amenities to me prior to placing my mom, but since her moving in, the amenities have gone from less to no existence. The Owners do not give a darn about this place, and it is managed as such. It's a cash cow to the owners in my opinion. Take your love ones to a place that offer the care and attention that they need, especially if there are dependent on heathcare and nourishment.
I arrived at elevate last October and it was a compilation of caring caseworkers finding this home. The staff here is concerned about all of their tenants. When I arrived here for a tour, they even had a plate for dinner waiting for .me in my room. I have had my share of interim places to stay and elevate made me feel more than welcome. I am an independent resident, however, it so nice to have Housekeeping come in and clean the bathroom and vacuum. Thank you elevate for your warm hospitality!! Judith
Elevate South Holland is a great place to live. Like any other organization it has it's ups and downs, but what makes this place great is the strong dedication from staff to work together in providing the assistance and safety for the residents. Elevate provide fun activities daily and special events to keep the residents engaged. The residents and visitors compliments the food that is served. The atmosphere is peaceful and friendly, and stands behind its name in service to its community in a professional manner of which I admire so much.
Overall I would say the facility is just satisfactory. Other than being short staff on CNAs the facility is well run, clean and the staff is very friendly. Like any facility if your loved ones family is not attentive they will not receive the best care. However my rating is based on the fact that while at Elevate South Holland my mother came down with Covid 19. She spent two weeks in the hospital and then another two weeks in a rehabilitation facility to regain her strength. During this period Elevate Senior Living-SH made the determination that my mother could not come back to the facility but did not inform the family or the social worker at the rehabilitation center. All of her belongings in her room were boxed up and place into storage. We did not find out that she couldn't come back to Elevate SH until the evening before she was being released for the rehabilitation center. No phone call, no written communication at all to inform us she couldn't come back. This left us scrambling to find a new facility for mom at the last minute. Unfortunately after 8 months of adequate care, the ending of my mom's stay at Elevate was very negative.
