I have taken care of my disabled sister for over 20 years. Through those years we have been through many trials and the latest is her inability to walk after a knee replacement. I searched for an assisted living facility and God led me to Cedar Hill Senior Living! She has been there almost a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about the standard of care and service she has received. The staff is extremely accommodating and the Executive Director, Landon and Nursing Director, DJ, have always made sure that she had everything she needed. I cannot thank this facility enough for making my life so much easier and giving me the assurance and comfort of knowing that my sister is in good hands. My last comment is that you need to notice the negative reviews are from years ago! Do not hold the current management responsible for what happened 4 - 6 years ago. You will not be disappointed with choosing Cedar Hill Senior Living as a place of residency for your loved one! Bravo Mr. Landon and staff!

My daughter lives there , thank God they moved her there from other places . The other place was awful, how they stayed open is beyond me . Cedar Hill is so nice , people are kind , they aren't mean to people. Clean , food is good . They do what they say .Clean and wash for them ! Give meds correctly ! The other place did not !! Not the place for mom! Moved my mom here in mid Dec 2018. We were very clear about the level of care that my mom would require. The care included transfer and bathing assistance. The executive director who we worked with left in Jan 2019. The new executive director came in and told us that my mom should have never been moved here as they’re not staffed to provide the care that my mom needs. The assistant request pull string in my moms room has not been working since mid Jan but the faculty refuses to fix the pull string. They have asked my mom to call the main number when she needs assistance. My mom usually has to call several times as the staff rarely answer the phone. The vmail still has the name of the former executive director, even though the new director has been here for 2 weeks, and is full so messages cannot be left. There are too many violations to list. I would highly recommend skipping this facility if your looking for a place to care for your love one.
I am very impressed with the staff. Landon and Dwanna are wonderful. Any issues that arise, are handled quickly.
The staff was so helpful helping me find a place for a friend. This facility is very clean, smells nice and the residents are oh so sweet!! I would definitely recommend Brookdale Cedar Hill to anyone looking for a place for their loved one!
