Not a good place AT ALL. The food is bad, there are two to a room, the activities put on are the absolute bare minimum, and nurses often take 20 minutes plus to come in and answer someone's call light. There were many times when residents were sitting around in the hall for no obvious reason. It doesn't look run well whatsoever and I would advise choosing anywhere else but here if you have the choice.

Mom was in a bed with a big hole in mattress for 4 or 5 days till they came to change sheets and they had pillows stuffed in and said they would get her a new one that day. I called at 8 that evening and it still was not changed. Called them and said it just got delivered and would change as soon as they could. Unacceptable......
The food here is extremely bad. On paper it sounds good but on presentation it is very bad. Bean soup where beans are not cooked. Vegable soup where intents are green beans. Every meals I cold and has to be reheated. Do you know what happens to toast and buns when Otis steam heated. 08/07/17 The staff and rehab stall would normally be rated a 4 or 5. They are extremely good and caring. If you go down to the cafeteria you can get hot food or change your selection from a menu. It is the cafeteria which really brings down the rating. If you have to take your meals in your room I would lower the rating to 1 star.
My dear friend resides here and I believe her care to be good. I also called several times without leaving a message and they noticed these missed calls and followed up, unsolicited, just to ensure that all was well.
This place is horrible. If you can avoid this place do. They dont care for their patients at all. They will give them foods that they are not suppose to get and the workers complain about there jobs that they have to do to take care of you. If I could give a negative star I would!!!
