From the moment I walked through the door, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. The entire place was spotless, which not only made me feel safe but also showed a genuine commitment to maintaining a healthy environment for residents and visitors alike. What truly stood out to me were the staff members. Every team member, from the receptionists to the caregivers, greeted me with warm smiles and friendly attitudes. They are incredibly attentive and genuinely care about the well-being of everyone they assist. It’s clear that they prioritize creating a welcoming atmosphere, and it made my visit very enjoyable. I recently had a visit at Cedar and found it delightful. Staff were all smiling and helpful and their interactions with residents was warm and friendly. They really seemed to know their residents. Facility is clean and well maintained. Currently under construction but with all that going on, still maintains a calm feeling. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone!
All these 5 star reviews must be from upper management and workers because this place is definitely not a 5 star stay for your loved ones. I would never even dream of sending a loved one here. My family member got sent here having his case worker claim this is the only place that accepts his insurance when Stonehenge accepts Medicare. I’m assuming the hospital gets a cut of the pay when they send people to this rehabilitation center. This place is awful. My family member was sitting in a soaked brief. The next day when I went to visit him he was laying in piss soaked sheets and blankets. They had his portable urinal on the floor. Total biohazard. They gave him cold food and coffee. Anyone can walk in that building. There is no one there to observe anyone walking in. They’re unfriendly and do not care for ur patients. Avoid this place at all cost. They’ve already been in trouble for overdosing patients just look it up on Google. Do not send your family here!
I have had two family members in Cedar Health and Rehab and they have had nothing but the best of care. My brother passed away recenly and was a resident for three years. He constanly told me how happy he was there and how good the nurses and staff were to him. My sister in law is still a resident there and loves it. She tells me about the wonderful activities they do with the residents and she absolutly loves the food. I visit very regularly and am greeted by the staff. They always make me feel so welcome . There is a warm friendly caring attitude there. I have to say that my family members have received nothing but the best of care at Cedar Health and Rehab,
I used to visit my Aunt and Uncle that were at the facility and I noticed how well kept and how clean the building was. I also really appreciated the nurses and CNAs and how kind they were to my family. My uncle got pneumonia and became very weak. Physical therapy worked with him everyday and was so patient and diligent with him. It didn’t take long for them to get him back to where he was and walking again. I would 110 percent recommend this place to anyone who might need rehab for their loved ones.
