It was my first visit to the facility, and I went to PT with my nephew aged 55. I appreciated the patience that Curt and the two ladies (sorry don’t know their names) at the table in PT had with my nephew. They were all very friendly, and Curt did a great job with him. I accidentally hit one of the ladies in the head when I was playing catch with my nephew. They knew it was an accident and laughed, and were so nice. They also spoke very kindly to my nephew. I appreciated the fact that they were so considerate.

I really enjoyed the activities here such as bingo and arts and craft. My day nurse Nina is very kind and patient. The food is tasty- lots of options. Johnny the night nurse is caring, always makes me laugh. Therapy was fun but hard work- Kurt, Steve and Becah made it enjoyable.
Therapy worked me hard and got me moving! I can feel that I am stronger and able to get around myself. Nursing was very friendly, took care of all my needs and the doctor was very helpful too.
I want to express my gratitude to Cedar Crest Post Acute. The dedicated nurses, aides, and staff on the second floor took wonderful care of my mother Mary from the day she arrived in long term care until her passing. They treated her with kindness and love, while diligently addressing her medical needs. In addition, various members of the housekeeping staff visited her daily to wish her well. Everyone appreciated my mother as an individual and spent time laughing with her and cheering her up when needed. My mother could not have had better caretakers. Blessings to you all!
I really don't understand how anyone could review this facility higher than a one star. My Mom needed rehab after her hospital stay. They immediately put her in a diaper. Which she could go to the bathroom with assistance. They left her in dirty diapers for hours even after she rang the bell. This made her sore ... Who wouldn't get sore let alone unsanitary. I called 3 times to talk to the DR or medical team. They finally called me the day she got released and said they never got any of my messages. I also had to follow up every time a case worker said they would call and never did. Day 5 I finally got an update. My Mom's regular cardiologist did a video visit and called me staying everything is great and she had no incidences while in rehab. Which is not true. For the first 3 days my Mom couldn't do rehab because her blood pressure would drop as soon as she started. Which is why she was in the hospital in the first place. They were trying to regulate her medicine. Her cardiologist knew none of this. It wasn't in the nurses notes!! The keep PT notes separately and don't give them to her Dr when we gave authorization to share all medical care. They had all the good readings but none of the bad. Then when my mom requested Tylenol she never got it. Even after my sister requested it a second time and my mom requesting it a third time. I called my Mom that night and she never did receive the Tylenol that the staff promised each time we mentioned it. Total joke of a place. And they stole my Mom's speed phone charger. Stealing from the elderly - they should be ashamed. Who else are they stealing from in there? We will not be back!
