Really nice facility. The staff members are extremely friendly and take such good care of the residents. There are numerous daily activities as well as occasional field trips to keep everyone busy and minimize boredom. You can see it in the residents faces; they appear to be genuinely happy there; my father included!

TRAVELING HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS: WARNING! This facility will back out of your contract at the last possible minute. While we were en route to West Bend, they decided to cancel and repost the opening at a lower rate of pay. We will never take another assignment here due to their dishonest and deceptive practices.
The Cottages are a beautiful facility. Both of my parents have been there. The staff is helpful and supportive.
