From day 1 of bringing my mother here, we have been immensely pleased at the kindness and attention of all the staff. The facility is clean, laundry isn't lost or stolen, residents get diets appropriate for their needs, and patient safety is a top priority. In addition, the front desk staff and administrative team members are warm and welcoming constantly. Activities are regular and frequent, with plenty of enrichment for the residents. The physical therapy team are miracle workers, and they truly care for their patients. Even the kitchen and janitorial staff regularly say 'hello' to us! My mom feels well taken care of each day, and is grateful to be in a much better facility than previously. Yes, the facility looks dated on the outside, but the interior has been updated, and the facility regularly retains cleanliness and orderliness. The nurses also take their jobs seriously, giving us (the family) major peace of mind. We also appreciate the social workers and financial staff for their professionalism of handling records and sensitive information. Honestly, every staff member here deserves a raise. Thank you for taking care of my mom and for helping her feel at home away from home. Edit: new ownership as of last month, now run by Eduro Healthcare. Hoping for ongoing positive days ahead.

Im a Resident here at this facility, nursing staff and administrator are wonderful. Place is very clean, food is great. I want to acknowledge a wonderful nurse Sony P, thank you for the wonderful job you do , for making sure your residents are well taken care of . Thank you to Castle Hills staff. And like I always say only at the Castle.
New owners have transitioned this facility 360 %. We feel the Love and Care for our Loved one! The Staff is A+. WoW! Facility is Clean!
My interaction with the nurses here has been positive. They go above and beyond to make sure my loved one is encouraged to go to dialysis everyday even when she doesn't feel like going. They take extra time out to fix her hair and has a matching outfit on. They truly enjoy what they do and it shows. Thank you, Castle Hills Nursing.
Castle Hills is a wonderful place for your loved one❤️. My neighbor is there and the staff is so kind and caring. She loves the food and she tells me all the meals are delicious. They have physical therapy in house, dialysis inside facility, respite stay. Also hospice available. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️❤️❤️
