First the front desk folks are super kind and super nice and I love them all. some of nurses are wonderful plus some of the aids. But one day late Nov 2024 I call my Love one and I was clinking over to do 3 way call for love one sister to talk to him. the phone speaker was open and what was said next broke my heart and still does today. She said that the nursing home does not pay her enough money to take of him and said it many times . Then said that you been giving me hard time all day long. She was complaining to our love one and both I and the sister was in tears. She was telling our love one what to do and well our love was not fast enough and our love kept saying sorry sorry sorry. it was just bad . still today it pulls at my heart stings. That nursing home was our love one home not her. we went next day up to see if our love was ok and we visited after our visit as I was heading out I heard someone say to our love one do not start giving me hard time today. then couple of things were said was lay down on your pillow and watch tv but not in nice way . So I reported the nursing home to state that a social worker gave me number to call about what I call abuse plus the social worker call it abuse as well .. NO ONE should be abuse in a nursing home . again there some folks very nice there nice . this person could have had bad day but do not take out on folks that live there

We visited a good friend who has been a patient for two weeks. Our visit lasted 2 hours. We found the front seat attendant very friendly and helpful. We were impressed by the cleanliness and the bright cheerful environment. Our friend is a social worker in another state and has visited many nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities in her job. She said her wonderful experience as a patient at Cassena Care rates the facility at the top of level of those she has visited.
Excellent care here. The physical therapy team including Betty and Robert are amazing - knowledgeable and caring. Maria always helpful - doing God's work!
My sister was in Cassena Care for 10 months 1 week and 3 days. She could not have received any better care than she did there. Everyone was so good to not only her but also me. I really had no idea what to expect ,as she had Alzheimer's and the social worker provided me with a massive amount of information which helped me immensely. The nurses were so informative and made sure I understood everything and answered any and all questions I had. The CNAs were exceptional! Especially Sharon! Debbie and Cherry in the business office went out of their way to help me with all the paperwork. Rhonda, the receptionist was a doll and put up with the massive amount of calls I made each day. Everyone had a smile on their face every day. I never saw anyone who was not working. No one was on their cellphones, standing around talking etc. I can not say enough good about Cassena Care. I'm am so glad that my sister got the care she needed from the professional and caring people at Cassena Care. They're top notch in my book. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has a loved one that needs care. They'll get it at Cassena Care for sure.
I was very impressed with the employees. Everyone was warm and receiving. My friend appeared to be happy and at home. Thanks for taking care of him.
