RENTERS BEWARE!!! I lived in this property for 3 years and after the 2 mgrs., left Terry and kary this building has depreciated. The new Mgr Ms Carter is unprofessional refusing to reply to emails or even meet with you to finalize a moveout inspection. I spent 40 yrs in Real Estate as a Mgr, Leasing Agent n managed over 7 residential apt., and it's inconceivable how this small building is managed. They give you a phone number to upper management that only takes messages and you'll never hear from them. Reminder 80% of the residence are elderly and you'll never see a review! Amenities are not given and to me it's false advertisement. Rent offers are lower than what in-house are paying so they can hit you on the second yr with a high increase. That is done to alot of the residence including myself and the elderly seniors. Oh in-house residence are NOT allow to rent on the open house; only for the public hmm. To me that's illegal. Issues. Floods or any repairs they do cosmetic work. You have a flood the floors should be replaced to remove any toxic or mildew issues that can complicate your senior health and its a violation for bldg, not to comply. They will not paint your apartment so you spend the rest of your life with dirty unhealthy living conditions. Some residence this yr received frozen and other astronomical high increases last year and this year including me. So they make decisions of increases depending on what mood there in or they have too many vacancies which is currently happening and residence are quickly moving out. Poor security in the building because windows on first floor left opened and homeless people sleep in the so call theater and Great room. It's sad how this staff takes advantage of the elderly and they can't text like me. I had requested to transfer to a larger apartment and verbally told that it's a $400., fee well is this legally in the contract or on the transfer form that I was given? NO Hmm in addition where is it LEGALLY in our lease that our security cannot be transfer to another new apartment/lease? This was Ms Carters remarks and I like to know if she's licensed to legally rent and verbally state the rights on these issues. PLEASE be careful you're not taken. I want to say Esther is a wonderful and caring representative in the office but limited to what she can say or do and she deserves the Mgrs., position! Poor Abdul our maintenance man is limited too. WELL hope this will help your parents or even yourselves. Thank you for reading this serious and concern issue

The senior living community at Cascade Village was better than I expected. Updated amenities, a serene setting backing to woods with walking trails, an exercise room, a movie theater, and exceptional customer service, make it an ideal place for independent living.
Cascades Village located off Route 7 is a delightful apartment complex that provides amenities such as a salon, exercise room and recreation center on its premises. A village or community that definitely redefines urban living within a suburban backdrop. Beautifully situated near the Loudoun County boarder this community is well-built bricked buildings boast modern and yet comfortable environment professionals would find appealing because it's proximity to the major highways and its local vendors as well. I had the opportunity to visit this community and found it quiet and peaceful. You would even think this location was off Route 7 as the road noise and traffic do not carry into this community.
Very nice, well maintained, Tracey and Greg very professional and responsive to needed maintenance, also help with any information pertaining to services offered by others, such as podiatrist, beauty salon, etc. before virus pandemic. Since that time very helpful information supplied by management concerning advice on staying safe and healthy during crises.
Cascade Village apartments is a nice place to live in but it really needs some fixing up.
