A very well-run nursing home. The rooms are modern and clean. The nursing staff is very caring towards the residents and seems dedicated. Our mother feels very comfortable and well cared for in the home. Communication with the administration is also very good. Especially at the beginning, they helped us a lot with all the bureaucratic procedures.

My father, who is over 80 years old, was also housed here for short-term care. For three weeks he just cried and wanted to leave the home. The nurses said he was just depressed. Food was stuffed down his throat to the point of gagging in my presence. Even the palliative care team complained massively about the rude behavior when caring for my father. It wasn't until I said the word "abuse" that the home management called me and told me to contact them if this behavior happened again. When my father left the home without shoes (2 pairs of shoes and 80% of his clothes were missing on the day of departure), I wrote to the home management twice but unfortunately received no response. I would not recommend this home to anyone. During the three weeks in which we visited my father regularly, it was only possible to enter the home with a mask due to the intense smell of urine in the entrance area. Furthermore, in three weeks they were unable to get the TV to work for a bedridden old man.
My mother was here for short-term care and the idea was that after a long stay in the hospital she would be made more mobile again before she went home, but unfortunately, contrary to previous verbal promises, not enough was offered in this regard, so in the end it was just wasted time. The on-site staff are certainly very committed and helpful, but in our case the stay didn't help. In addition, there was a bit of trouble when it came to billing the stay. Edit: The phone call with the management was good, you could understand the criticism and vowed to do better in the future. I hope it brings improvement.
Thank you for taking such great care of my father! Care, administration and home management work hand in hand and form a great team overall. A lot of time was taken during the admission process and the wishes and needs of the resident were taken into account. Questions were always answered patiently and the flow of information was great.
The nursing home has a great view of Taunus. The nursing staff is very humane and full of empathy. When we were admitted, the managers also took time for us and gave us great information. The house is really recommended.
