Don't leave your loved ones vulnerable here. They won't take care of them and will quickly leave them to figure things out themselves that they shouldn't have to. Especially last year when they had the whole third floor displaced because of poor decisions made by them for hiring a roofing company and then the roofing company themselves for doing a half job. My loved one was displaced for months. And despite them not being at home with all of their possessions they still had to pay rent and their utilities. The office refused to assist them with resources that they lost during the chaos - which was a lot because not only were their homes flooded. They also had no power for months. So much food went bad, so many items were damaged, misplaced in others homes, and stolen. Meanwhile the office got millions back and gave the residents nothing. If anything they'll get a measly $300 if they are lucky. My loved one lost so much more than what they are "compensating". Even outside of that incident they are malicious and won't let anyone do anything. They make rules for what can't be done outside - as if the public outside doesn't do those same exact things without restrictions. I'd understand if they banned illegal things but a lot of times it seems like they just want to ban what little joy can be had there. The rules are overly strict without any true reason for it with no documentation to back up their demands. I don't know how anyone with a heart could work here with how they operate. Keep your loved one home or somewhere else where the staff actually care about other human beings - especially vulnerable ones.

I live here temp relocated due to flood on third floor from rain storm. They have taken fantastic care of us during this time put us up till all is repaired their expense. They care for all of us. Would highly recommend. SENIOR APARTMENTS 55+
Poor management. Treat residents like children. No sense of community or fellowship. Always quick to add a petty rule or threats of punishment by giving out a violation. They are NOT for the happiness & wellbeing of residents.
