Health care in America is cruel and it’s a shame that older people aren’t taken care of better. But I will give much credit and gratitude to the staff. My wife was there for three weeks with a broken hip. Allen was great and Sara the physical therapist was very competent. The staff in general was very caring under less than ideal circumstances. My wife is home now recovering well. Thankfully there are still good people in the world.

Everyone welcomed me with a smile as I walked in—it was such a pleasant surprise, especially considering what people often say out there! The environment was very clean and well-maintained. My orientation was extremely exciting with Jasmine. We were served lunch, and the Chef was very professional. The Director of Nursing even came out to ensure everything was running smoothly. I was very pleased with all the staff at Cartersville Nursing. Keep up the great work!
I can't say enough good things about Al! He has been an absolute blessing to our family during our time at this facility. From the moment we arrived, Al was kind, friendly, and incredibly professional. Al’s patience, attention to detail, and positive attitude put us all at ease, knowing we were in great hands. It's clear that he genuinely cares about the residents and their families. I’m so grateful for the exceptional care he provided. Thank you, Al, for everything you do! You are a true gem.
We have had a good experience in rehab here. The staff is friendly and professional. The facility is clean. The residents that I have talked to are nice as well. The meals and therapy were great. They even gave her a manicure. My mother is well taken care of. I have only good things to report. I definitely recommend them.
Yesterday my great grandfather celebrated his 92nd birthday and his care givers went all out for him! It was amazing. The way Al, Anselena, Ladona, and Lareesl pulled everything together was beautiful to see. Everybody had cake and icecream, they had balloons and a back drop for pics, they gave him gifts, and took pics and video for the family that wasn’t able to make it. They really care about my great grandfather and that means sooo much to me.
