My mom has been living here for about 6 months now and I’m really so impressed with the care team and facility. The facility is clean, nicely decorated and welcoming. They have a happy hour on Wednesdays that is EPIC! :D There are lots of other activities and get togethers for the families too. Nice sized facility, so everyone is like family, not too large or overwhelming. They’re absolutely fair with pricing, it’s a great value. The care team communicates constantly, so we’re all on the same page, working together so my mom has everything she needs. So happy overall and my mom is happy too, which is the most important :)

My mother just moved in and is very happy. The staff is nice and eager to help my mom with whatever she needs. Morley did a great job helping us with all the necessary steps to get my mom relocated. Mr. Stafford worked hard to ensure my mom's room was inviting and to her liking. Cale is also working hard to ensure that my mother's dietary needs are being met.
My father has been here now for over two months. This is his third and (hopefully final) place where he gets the care he needs. Let me tell you, the staff is amazing and their care and interaction with the residents are impeccable. These people truly love and value every person there. They have a happy hour on Wednesday with lively music, food, and fellowship with the staff and fellow residents. They have lovely outdoor areas for both the normal residents and Memory Care residents ( where my dad resides). They are really looked after in a way that gives me comfort. The residents are respected and are full of staff that have a calling to love them. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who has a loved one who needs such care. The memory care unit is a long walk from the entrance and would wish that it was closer to the entrance and that is really my only qualm. For someone with dementia like my father it's an especially a long walk to get him to a doctor's appointment. If they could work something out where I could sign him out and just pick him up around back would be the ultimate perfect scenario. This place is truly amazing and they enforce interaction and let them go their own pace.
Subject: Disappointment with Assisted Living Facility’s Pricing Practices Be aware of money hungry facilities. This is one of them! After being quoted a specific monthly rate for my senior loved one’s care, I was shocked when the price was changed on the very day we were supposed to finalize moving him in. The justification for this increase was that he would require “additional help” to take daily cholesterol medication and vitamin D—routine tasks that were disclosed during the initial assessment. Adding an extra $500 per month for assistance with non-life-threatening medications feels not only excessive but exploitative. The facility was fully aware of how crucial it was to keep the agreed-upon monthly rate, as we had budgeted accordingly. Families entrust these facilities to provide compassionate, fair, and transparent care, especially during such emotionally charged decisions. This kind of sudden price hike undermines that trust and raises concerns. Unacceptable!
Carriage Crossing is definitely a hidden gem! The cleanliness and the ambiance make it very special. Such friendly staff members with exceptional services.
