My mom moved in at the beginning of the month! It has been a blessing to have the reassurance of our mom in such a nice place and in such a great location! The staff is amazing and so welcoming! They are always available for any needs we may have and they have made the transition for our mom very easy! She feels so safe and loves her room and the facility! They had a wonderful Easter brunch celebration this month! Zach helped us so much with television issues we were having and was able to fix our entire issue! Thank you Zach!!!! Damion has been a kind face since the first time we toured the place and I can’t say enough good things about Monica! Scottie goes out of his way to make my mom feel comfortable and she talks about him often! Thank you Carriage Court for welcoming us into your facility❤️

My mother has been at Carriage Court for nearly 3 years. In that time we've received really good care and attention. Like any assisted living facility they have challenges but what I'll say is this; each time I brought something to the attention of the leadership they have addressed it to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I specifically want to mention the high level of care from Monica, Sherry, Zach and Amerah! Thanks to each of you for caring for my mother in a way that honors both her and me. Thanks.
After 1 month my sister is settled in and content. The nursing staff is attentive, and maintenance has been available when requested. She really enjoys the variety of food. All the staff is friendly and ready to help
Friday, April 11, I went to Carriage Court Senior Living to visit a friend. I had not seen my friend for a few weeks and was eager to go in. I pulled in to park my Honda Odyssey , got the little gift I brought my friend, and started to lock my car. No keys!!!! How could that happen? I searched frantically through my car , under the car and in surrounding area. Unbeknownst to me I had parked right next to a nesting goose who was now hissing at me. Frustrated and nervous I went inside...gave my gift to the desk , told them of my key dilemma. Started desperately searching again for keys. Then Zach, an employee, came out to assist me. He was quite kind, patient and thorough. He found the keys for me. This was way above and beyond what any employee needs to do. He was a saint and made my visit to my friend calm and pleasant. Hamda is the best she is wonderful and perfect. She is so caring she does everything so exceptional. I love her and I would want to always have her. Noah is also fantastic and caring and I would always be happy to have him as a care partner. Robin is another exceptional care partner who does above and beyond and she is always someone I can count on and depend on for great care. Mimi and Jada are also two Exceptional care partners
