I was fortunate enough to become a resident on December 6, 2024. Miss Tawana, the manager, was kind, professional, and like a mother hen as she helped me with the multiple documents necessary to becoming a resident. My apartment is spacious and just perfect! The maintenance team, Tony and Lee, keep the hallways and community rooms spotless and comfortable! Carpenter's Square is the answer to my prayers! Affordable, safe, cozy, and social, with lots of programs for fun and learning new things! Best of the best!

Unfortunately, my family and I didn't qualify for an apartment at Carpenters Square, but Tawana (office manager) is extremely helpful...Tawana directed me to a website that could; she is also prompt with emails and phone calls.
The people that live there are great. Management is awful to the tenants. Tawana is a liar and they like to rip off the elderly when they move out! If you do rent from them and decide to move out, make sure you get a copy of the 30 day notice form. Otherwise they will say you didn't give 30 days notice and will keep your deposit.
Management is horrible and over demanding - they think they are dictators.
