The house was spotlessly clean , beautifully maintained and they were able to give mom the 24/7 care she needed and deserved. Every need for mom was met with dignity and kindness. It’s not a bad place but I feel there should be more professionalism. This was a long time ago, but I had concerns regarding Carolyn's cottage, where I experienced unprofessional treatment, ultimately leading to my termination for discussing my daughter when i was freshly postpartum and it was my first time getting away from my daughter and politely requesting respectful communication, as I was new to the role.
Worse place to work for, residents are great. It's the two faced lying caregivers and the owner. Extremely high turn over rate, you can work your self to death, never miss a day and still get mistreated. Further more I own my own company and this is not how you run a business.
They took very good care of my father after he was discharged from OSU hospital with hospice care.
My uncle recieved loving care here. Thank you for providing a safe and loving place that feels more like a home.
