This place is terrible. I would not recommend to anybody to send their parents there to be taken care of. I have had to file several times with Dss to try to look after my mom from the times that she’s being abused and neglected and been sent to the emergency room from this place. And all Carolina reserve does is try to cover it up to make their paycheck personally seeing nurses their own drugs and went outside one time at night in a nurse came out and smoked a joint in front of the placeI’ve seen elderly people rolling around with black eyes and sitting in their chairs so long with out being bathed They just sit there and cry. I seen a woman that had sit there so long she had Maggots growing from underneath her bandages. They use a group called Hope For The Future. Do not send any of your loved ones there if you want them to be taken care of .this place is awful

My mom seems to happy and content. Room is always clean and so is the facility as a whole. Staff are very kind and engage with my mom whenever they see her.
Moved my mother in one week ago, and so far she couldn't be happier with the place. Staff are very friendly, accommodating, and professional, give lots of personal attention, and have been helpful throughout. Like I said, it’s only been a week. But the place came highly recommended, and so far it’s lived up to its reputation.
Great place,but they advertise three restaurant meals. That is a joke. Breakfast consisted of a boiled egg, Raisin Bran, one link sausage. Do what you say.
