Sharlyn was so helpful as I navigate the assisted living process with my parents. Everyone she introduced me to is clearly there for all the right reasons and all have a deep regard with the residents who they call and treat like family. Sadly I've had to reduce my rating from my original post. Move in experience has been abysmal. I was told a room was ready last Wednesday. It is Tuesday and I couldn't move my parents in yesterday because of things not completed in the room that was supposedly ready last Wednesday - the day we started paying so we could reserve the room until I could get my parents moved in on Monday.. This morning I am getting promises that I can only hope are kept.

This was a good place when my Father came last year. It has gone downhill. The food is terrible. They are supposed to have a chef. I don’t understand that half the time the manager is cooking their food. So very sad.
Absolutely horrible. DO NOT place your loved one here if you really do love them
Sharlyn and Courtney are extremely professional. They gave me a tour, answered all of my questions and put me at ease with the process of moving my father here from out of state. I had a Health Care Consultant accompany me to this visitation and she was throughly impressed with the facility and management.
Staff were very friendly and assisted me with all the information that I needed being a new visitor to that facility
