My Mother moved to Carlton earlier this year. The first three weeks were a bit bumpy. The staff were missing some of the services my Mom had elected. Upon notifying Carlton's management team we noticed great improvement. The staff was always so nice and friendly. The kitchen does a great job on the food. The building and grounds are clean and well maintained. They also worked very well with my Mom's hospice care provider. Even after my Mom's death, they went out of their way to provide support in getting things finalized. I hope a place like this is available if I ever need it.

The staff is very knowledgeable and courtious. They take their time and are very attension oriented. Thelma is a very caring and competent care giver and takes her time to get to know the residents and staff to help with better communication within the facility.
A very wonderful place! They treat the residents with care and the events are always fun, moreover the fun and ambiance is great too! The best place to work at especially if you are into healthcare in the geriatic care.
