Great facility!! The apartments are beautiful, neat clean and well kept. Great activities on site heated saltwater pool, excersize room, community room, billiards and lots of on site activities to keep you busy. The buildings and grounds are nicely kept. The management and maintenance in site is top notch. A great place to live.
My mother has lived at Carlton hollow for almost 2 years and she loves it! She has made friends, enjoys the activities, and loves that she doesn’t have to worry about home maintenance anymore. The community always looks great and the staff is always warm and friendly.
We moved here 3 years ago in ‘22. There were quite a few issues at the time but for the last 2 years we’ve had a new staff come on board and it couldn’t be better! The leasing office staff and the maintenance staff are all great at their jobs and have made it very nice place to live! The amenities are fantastic too! We have a heated indoor pool, exercise room, movie theatre, pool and game room, library, and wait for it… a pickleball court! I have lived at Carlton Hollow Apartments for 6 years. The apartments are large. The amenities offer a nice variety . We have a pool, indoor pickleball court, exercise room, and theater , as well as, two residents who organize a lot of great activities. We keep busy! The original owners sold the property about 4 years ago and things were pretty rocky for a while. The one constant was the great people. We have such a wonderful group of residents. Two years ago, we got a new Property Manager, Tammy, and a new Maintenance Supervisor, Jim, and things have become so much better. The entire local staff is wonderful. The property is run well and maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. I feel that we are very fortunate to have them. My one concern is upper management, who has been raising the rent for existing residents considerably the past few years. I sincerely hope they have decided to be more reasonable in the future, so that I can continue to live here.
