Terrible Management and Maintenance! Living here has been a nightmare. The Hausmeister is the laziest I’ve ever seen—nothing gets done on time. It takes forever to fix even the simplest issues, and most of the time, nothing actually gets fixed. • The elevator is constantly broken, making it a huge hassle, especially for people living on higher floors. • Water supply issues happen randomly, which is unacceptable. • The terrace is always closed, even though it was supposed to be accessible according to the contract. • They only care about getting rent money every month but do nothing to improve living conditions. If you’re thinking of moving here—don’t! The management doesn’t care about the residents at all.

Very cool dorm! Not anonymous like other typical dormitories but quite familiar if you want - despite 15 people per floor. Sometimes there is also warm milk with honey :P

It is a beautiful hotel and there is a banquet hall on the top floor, which is a beautiful place
