Horrid place. Staff stands around and hides until absolutely necessary, horrible attitudes, have to beg to get any help for my disabled mother. There's a few staff members there that care and they end up going above and beyond to make up for the rest but they're few and far between. I would use great caution in trusting them with the care of a family member. Their lack of basic human empathy is extremely alarming.

Not a great place. My husband would ring the call button and wait 30 minutes or longer for a response. He couldn’t walk without assistance, set up a bed side commode with a mop bucket in it instead of a potty, every time he sat on the bucket fell off. They make visitors wear masks, but the staff don’t and the patients are all sick. 4 people share a bathroom and the commode was so dirty for 3 days because the riser seat didn’t fit the commode. All their equipment is very old. I stood at the nurses station and seen with my own eyes that someone rang a buzzer and no one moved. 37 minutes and the light was still li. My husband never wore a diaper, they were so lazy they made him wear one so they didn’t have to clean him up. He ended up with Diaper rash that was never addressed, even after I asked numerous times. I fought hard and got him moved to another location by Monday Afternoon. Think twice before you move a loved one there
I would leave a 0 review, if I could. This place is horrific other than a few people I know. My mom passed away and everytime we would go there mom seemed more and more depressed and waiting for someone after a call button, with long response to get to her. But the kicker is after calling multiple times for my mom’s items, I said to Libby “no one calls me back and I called multiple times and her response was “ when did your mom pass?” I said a month 1/2 ago and her response was “and your just worried about this now? Crazy!!! Disgusting she is! Gross!
Visiting Caring Heights was such a great experience! The staff are friendly and welcoming. The “home” atmosphere is so inviting. It is apparent that employees and clients have a familial bond. Employees are attentive, helpful and knowledgeable! I look forward to visiting again!
I would give 0 stars if possible. My mother was there and was left to wait 9 hours for her call button to be answered. She was never given her medications and was treated like crap by the staff. The only person working there worth a good review is Tina. Edit: I wanted to update my review that while there, my mother sustained an infection that resulted in two more procedures, leading me to believe she was placed on a dirty bed directly on her surgical site. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Do not put your family here, do not put your friends here, do not put your worst enemy here. I have tried contacting the center about my complaints how they requested and have been ignored. This is ridiculous.
