I visited Caring Heart to see a member of my church. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room but she stayed in. I asked her how she was being treated and she responded,"I have been treated well." She had glowing remarks about a gentleman named Bruce M. He was part of the housekeeping staff. She mentioned that he would come in daily and asked if she needed anything and how she was doing. I spoke with him and he was very kind, personable, and efficient in what he did.

I came in the find my sister face down on the floor. They hold her medicine all the time and won’t give it to her. They are some of the most horrible people I have ever met working there all the nurses were standing there talking to each other and she was on the floor face down and her room screaming for help. They were right outside her door. No one bothered to go in and help her amazing.
Do not send your loved on to this place. My wife was treated poorly. While I was away on a business trip my wife called me and I knew there was something going wrong with her. I immediately called the nurses station and their attitude was very nonchalant and uncaring. Needless to say, I am in a panic. I spent the next thirty minutes trying to call different floors to get my wife some help. My wife was in the process of having a stroke and no one cared. Sad to say that my wife is now deceased. I would not wish this pain on no one. I trusted that this facility would care for my wife and now I have lost my wife and my kids has lost their mother. Please do not send your loved one here and to the ones who work there and provide no care and or compassion, remember poor health could happen to any one of us and you would want and need compassion
My neighbor transferred to Caring Heart 3 days ago. The food has been horrible. I ordered food for her today and and it sat there for over an hour. I spoke to a manager who said he didn't know anyhing about it although I spoke to the front desk when it was delivered & 2 times after that & it was still there for over an hour. My neighbor called the front desk several times asking that the order be brought up your her room. Nothing happend until the new aide coming on the shift went & picked the package up. Caring Heart allegedly was supposed to have improved. I was there years ago & it was horrible. It has have made some improvements but it is still not where it should be in the service to their patients. If you don't have to use this facility don't.
All staff are very pleasant and professional. Everyone greets you with a smile. I visit my sister on the 5th floor. The staff on the 5th floor is very welcoming. And they take great care of my sister. Caring Heart definitely exceeded my expectations.
