Robin &.her staff are AMAZING! They took such great care of my mother-in-law while she was a resident. They have tons of daily activities; including daily devotional and exercise! The food is five stars. We spent many meals there including a family holiday meal which was delicious. They encouraged us to celebrate her 90th birthday with the other residents, which she enjoyed. We feel truly blessed to have found such a great facility.

When my mom’s dementia started progressing rapidly I realized that I was going to have to make the difficult decision to admit her to a memory care facility. I was blessed to find out about the new Carillon Oaks Daphne facility. Robin and her staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond handling the admission process with me from 1400 miles away. The facility is very nice and the employees are very friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend Carillon Oaks to anyone who needs this level of care for their loved one.
The facility is very spacious and nice. The staff let the residents yell and scream for help for hours and don't and knowledge or try to calm the residents down to make them feel safe or comforted. Their meals they are provided makes public school lunches look like a 5 star meal. For the amount of money they make off each patient you would think the residents would be treated better and have better food options.
We LOVE Carillon Oaks so much! Robin & the staff are very friendly & approachable. The facility os clean and set up beautifully. Our mom loves it there & we are very grateful to have her in such a great place.
