Don't be fooled by the outside it looks good and smells good but just remember sometimes places like this can fool you. They don't have enough staff and the one's they do have are overwhelmed and don't get paid much so with that said the staff are very stressed out and sometimes take it out on the residents. It could be a really good place but the upper management don't take the time to check on the people they have working there and some of the the staff are there just for a paycheck not to help the residents. The residents are very kind and caring and they deserve more care than they are getting. I do think there are some really good people working there that really care about the residents. Hopefully soon someone in upper management will get involved and make it a better place. Praying 🙏 for the residents that are still there.

I Give Carillon Assisting Living a 5 star because they where very outspoken and nice to me when I came in expecting a job. The staff was very nice and heart welcoming . I believe it's not what you make it, but is your heart desire to serve the people and residents. I'll leave you with this , Your heart has to be what makes you want to serve the people not the check. Because Carillon has the hands and heart that families can trust.
For my mother's first three days we found her still in her pajamas in the main living area, at 3:00 in the afternoon! We had to dress her and brush her hair. Absolutely no dignity! Looks nice from the outside but don't be fooled.
The staff here is so great! They were very welcoming and I loved the marketing director Sumer. She was extremely helpful and listened to all of my questions.
Met Sumer Geiser at an event. She is a jewel and I can see the care in her eyes and hear it in her voice.
