The caregivers and office staff of CarePlus Home Health have been such an asset to my family as we have faced some serious health challenges with my dad this year. The caregivers are experienced, mature, professional, caring, and patient. The office has been very helpful and responsive with scheduling and support. CarePlus is a real partner to us in caring for my father.

I have used CarePlus for a few years now. They are conveniently located in Kentlands Manor in Gaithersburg, MD. Their aides have been a great help to my elderly mother. They are kind, patient, understanding and extremely helpful to her. My mom works mostly with Rose and Carmen, both of whom are simply fantastic to her. Debonnaire works with me offering unlimited advice, suggestions and schedule changes. I can not even begin to convey how much her kind ear means to me personally. I also can not thank her enough for all that she does for me and my mom. My mother speaks very highly about CarePlus which is a huge plus in my book and a great source of relief to me as her daughter.
I have been a Careplus client for over two years. Careplus people are wonderful! They are always cheerful, helpful, and they can be relied on. They have been an important factor in keeping me healthy and making my home enjoyable. Especial thanks to Rose!
I was fortunate to find CarePlus last spring when my aunt's caregivers were untrained and unacceptable. CarePlus was the same cost and what a difference in service! Trained, compassionate employees who anticipated my aunt's needs. My aunt had dementia and they were gentle and caring toward her. She had 24/7 care and I was pleased with all of the caregivers. Can't recommend CarePlus highly enough.
My wife and I have used the services of CarePlus Home Health since we moved into the Kentlands Manor Senior Apts in July of 2023. The entire staff have been so accommodating & helpful to our needs!!!! They are so caring & extremely pleasant to deal with!! Especially Debonnaire & Carmen!!!- they personally have meant so much to our well-being at Kentlands Manor!!!
