Wasn’t sure about Assisted living for my wife. Care Patrol took me 2 places. When I walked through the door of Lakeshore AL it did feel like home and I am happy and grateful to CarePatrol. Close, spotless, excellent , loving staff who treat each resident like family. My sweetheart is in a warm, loving caring “home” for sure 😊

Michelle was wonderful! She was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Finding a facility for my husband was very difficult. He is finally in a clean, small, and caring facility, which I could never have found without her help. Even after he was placed, she has contacted me as a follow-up and even brought Jim a flower. Remarkable and so sweet. I would highly recommend Michelle and Care Patrol.
Jennifer Smith at Care Patrol was extremely helpful during a challenging time. My mother needed anything time recovering from an extended hospital stay and she was knowledgeable on the options available and setup times with multiple locations for us to visit. She was available for consultation and support when needed and had a very positive attitude.
We have worked with Care Patrol on many different occasions and have always had such an amazing experience! Jenn Smith and Matt Bailey are absolutely amazing! Jenn takes the time to get to know her clients personally and remembers little details about them. You can tell she truly cares about everyone she helps! Matt is fantastic at making sure you get the community that is the best fit for you and your loved one. He brings up things for you to pay attention to that you would not normally think of. Care Patrol does such a fantastic job at finding a place for your loved one to call home!
