I met Kayla F. at caregiver resource day in October 2024. She contacted me the next day and I told her that I was looking for a place that had a day care program for my husband. Within a few days another Care Patrol staff person Julia took me on a tour of Kemper House in Highland Heights. My husband went to their day program for 6 months. As things progressed and my health declined, I reached out to Care Patrol again seeking placement in Memory Care. Once again, Julia went with me to facilities in my area that they recommended. My husband is now settling into a new routine and I am in the process of taking care of myself. I can’t thank them enough for all of the help and compassion they provided me while I made the decision to find a safe and caring place nearby for my husband.

My family recently got to experience CarePatrol in Northeast Ohio. Our mother wanted to get her own apartment and we worked with Ryan Buck, who was truly amazing. He helped us find a studio apartment for mom and he did it quickly and efficiently. He continued his friendship with our mom and he was there for us if we ever had any questions.
