My grandmother has stayed here after a bad fall and the staff is absolutely wonderful and attentive! From the second you walk in the door and beth greets you all the way down to the amazing nurses and aids and physical therapy team! Karla the nurse is an absolute angel and super caring and you can sense she loves what she does! Stacey has always been informative and makes sure all your questions have been answered! An amazing care team all around and I always feel confident my family is safe there!

A family member stayed here and we were so pleased to have chosen CareOne Wall due to its cleanliness and caring, supportive staff! From the minute we walked in, Beth greeted us and we were pleased with the customer service. We recommend CareOne Wall to everyone who needs!
They're messaging to my insurance company much to be desired. I don't feel I was given proper therapy for non- usage of left hand, reporting to ind. Company i could walk 100 yds. Yes. Inside on a floor. Ins. Com o any said was not covering could discharge. No report given to in company about non-use of left hand due to a stroke. Care one discharged me with no after- care instructions and no place to go. Also while in care of Care -one medication was either ignored or wrong as 111 attempted which patient was intuitive enough to refuse knowing it v was wrong prescription. I was not impressed by CareOne- of Wall compared to treatment of CareOne- Eatontown. I don't know what they are accomplishing.
Care-one Wall review I have nothing but praise for Care-one at Wall. In April 2020, when I was diagnosed with Covid, I really didn’t realize just how sick I actually was. After trying to fight it at home, I checked into Care-one for their care. I thought I’d go in for a few days but I was there for 17 days. The first few days are a memory blur for me, I was just so exhausted and feverish. But for the last 2 weeks I have to say the staff were very caring, professional and cheerful. The rehab girls were fantastic, encouraging me while at the same time being aware of my limits. Nurses came in to check up on me in between the times they needed to come in to give meds, etc. They, along with the doctor assigned to me, tried a couple different antibiotics to help me and finally settled on a mix of two, one being the Hydroxychloroquine type of pill. I really attribute those meds and Care-one for saving my life. I can only imagine what the end result may have been if I had stayed home and tried to deal with the virus myself. So, 5 plus stars from me. The Office Manager, Stacy, went so much out of her way and delivered my front door key as well as gloves and a mask ro my neighbor so she could go in and feed my cats while I was away. And the administrator, Christine, even sent an ambulance at Care One's expense to bring me here and take me home as I had no other way of getting here. I have nothing but praise for the caring people at Care-One at Wall!
I would give no stars.. Actually this rehab should be investigated for neglect of there patience.. If you love your family member please do not send them here.. They are worst and neglect patients especially when they are helpless and at there mercy.. Never answer call button.. Told them for 2 nights my dad could not breath.. Well guess what he has covid when we got him out of there.. Health department should shut them down
