I cannot say enough positive things about Care One of Valley and the incredible care they provide. From the moment we walked through their doors, we felt welcomed, supported, and confident that my 100 year old mother in law was in the right place for her recovery. The staff are exceptional — compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to their patients’ well-being. Especially nurse Tracey and Monica. The therapists took the time to understand her specific needs and created a personalized treatment plan that helped her regain strength and confidence. They combined professionalism with warmth, making each session productive yet comfortable. The facility itself is clean and equipped with tools to support various therapies. Whether it was physical rehabilitation and counseling every aspect of her care was thoughtfully designed to promote healing. Thank you to Lisa , Glenda, and Lauren who were very helpful during this process. What impressed me most was the staff’s commitment to emotional and mental well-being alongside physical recovery. My 96-year-old grandmother has been receiving long-term care and daily physical therapy at CareOne at Valley in Westwood, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care she receives. The entire staff treats my grandmother with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. My mother in law came to Care 1 after she had 3 pins in her hip after her operation at Hackensack Hoslpital. Her care there has been outstanding since she arrived. The staff is very caring and always available to help in many ways. She is always clean and has been able with help to take showers. The PT always treats her with kindness letting her know what they are going to do. They are very transparent with the family giving us update on her progress. The food is excellent and always looks appetizing. There is plenty of activities to attend. The facility is very clean. I feel that this is a caring facility I am very happy that my mother in law has been able to go there to mend before she returns home.
The Staff and Management at CareOne at Valley far exceeded our family’s expectations in terms of the daily holistic care provided to our loved one during this stressful season in our lives. The transition from the hospital to CareOne at Valley was seamless and the daily care since has been truly exceptional.
