From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. The nursing staff was incredibly professional and compassionate, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. The accommodations were excellent, and I appreciated the quiet, restful environment. Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations. Wow. The people that work here are absolutely amazing. They were very accommodating and extremely friendly. Literally, everyone I ran into was so nice and caring. Thank you for taking such good care of me after my surgery! I appreciate you all!
Had a wonderful stay at Care One. They took amazing care of me post surgery. Always on top of medication, my kids could visit, always came within minutes after pressing the call button. I think I’ve never had faster staff. All nurses and staff were so attentive and kind to me and helpful. They offered thing after thing to make me more comfortable, extra pillows, snacks, drinks, you name it. Anette Arc was my wonderful patient coordinator and took at least a full 15 minutes to chat with me, get to know me, and make sure I had a good stay. She is the nicest person! Care One is lucky to have her and so was I. What an interesting and caring person to talk to. My stay wasn’t far from a hotel stay and that’s saying something being here overnight after surgery. I’d come again if I ever needed to in a heartbeat.
I had the pleasure of staying at CareOne in Ridgewood for one night and I can’t praise this entire staff enough. Everyone there couldn’t be more attentive and professional-everyone ( to many names to remember) The entire team bent over backwards for me when I couldn’t help myself at times and was extremely patent and kind. Working in the healthcare profession for 30 years I know how daunting it can be at times. It is not often one can say they will miss rehab but I will truly miss Care One of Ridgewood. The kindness shown by every staff member, nurse, OT, PT and Doctor made my stay pleasurable and easy to get through. Abdul and the nursing staff, Cory, Anthony Naomi, Alex, Jennifer, Annette and Neethu, just to name a few, are hard working professionals that create an environment that encourages a patient to do their best to succeed. I will be back for my other hip replacement in a little over a month and I am looking forward to another positive outcome and delightful rehabilitative experience.
